Staff members are very friendly. They fulfilled my requests for the room location and it's on the top floor. Thank you. The hotel is near the train station and walking distance to city center and tourist locations. The stay was relaxed and comfortable. Best of all, the accommodation including breakfast was truly inexpensive.

Great value for the price. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful at check-in and the location is excellent (the bus station for my day trip to Cordes sur Ciel was a one minute walk from the hotel, so if you're doing a bus trip the next morning, it's perfect.) There's a pizza place a few doors down too. No bad odours in the room or any of the other problems you'd worry about for the price category. Great for travelling on a budget as there is no compromise on cleanliness or safety.

Reception without problem, staff friendly, most of them multilingual. Lobby and breakfast room very comfortable and friendly furnished, particulary lobby and bar area large enough. Breakfast plentyful and good

What a lovely budget hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is superb- everything most visitors would want to get too is only a max 15 minute walk. The train station is also 15 mins walk away. Highly recommended!

We needed a hotel room for one night to sleep and have breakfast the next day. Ibis was perfect for this. It was clean and 5 minutes walk to center of town. Breakfast was very good. My two children (12 and 16 , both petite) fit comfortably in the beds with me. We had a standard room.

Very nice staff and excellent location. The place is clean even if it’s very limited. The beds are confortable and top bed is super safe for small kid even if they move a lot during the night.

My room on the 4th floor was extremely comfortable. One of my best night's sleep on this trip. Colorful modern decor. The reception area is "cool" and atmospheric. If I had had more time in Albi, the ground floor would have been the place! Staff was helpful in providing me a map of the city and then holding my luggage behind the counter as I ventured around beautiful Albi the next day. If you are coming from La Gare, you can probably walk. I wound up taking the bus from La Gare to Place Jean Jaures, from which it is an easy stroll to Ibis. Just €1.10 to ride the bus. The attractive, atmospheric old quarter is an easy walk from the Ibis.

We loved this hotel! The location is excellent in the centre and close to a beautiful park wheee we could walk the dog. The staff were super friendly and we also appreciated the elevator connected with the parking as we travelled with a baby. Will repeat!
